A key element of the project is international cooperation, which involved a comprehensive analysis of the printing and packaging sector across 12 Central and Eastern European countries. Together with partners from Poland, Ukraine, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, we gathered and analyzed data to gain a better understanding of the industry’s current status, its needs, and its future development paths.
Partner organizations in all participating countries were actively involved in conducting the study. Collaboration with industry associations, schools, universities, and educational institutions enabled us to reach a wide range of respondents representing both the business community and the education sector.
The collected responses have created a unique knowledge base regarding the sector’s condition in the region, corporate workforce needs, challenges facing the education system, and the competencies expected of current and future employees. A concurrent macroeconomic analysis of all 12 markets allowed for a comparison of the situation across countries, the identification of shared trends and structural differences, and the pinpointing of potential areas for international cooperation.
The outcome of this collaboration will be a comprehensive report presenting the study and analysis results for the entire Central and Eastern European region, serving as a valuable resource for entrepreneurs, educators, and anyone interested in the development of the printing and packaging sector.
